International SA Tourney Mechanics

General Mechanics

  • 1 Team or Squad should consist of 5 or 6 players (5 Main and 1 Sub *Sub is Optional*)
  • Best of 1 match in Mission Mode
  • Each match is conducted in the following official maps:
    o The 3rd Supply Base


    o Old Town


    o White Squall


  • Players to register under a squad name
  • Knock-out ladder, single elimination method.

Gameplay/Tourney Mechanics
  • Only scores earned while playing as Red team will be counted.
  • 9 Rounds per side. Each team to use both red and blue team.
  • The first half of the match ends when any one team reaches 5 wins.
  • Upon reaching 5 wins, teams will switch sides. The same process is repeated for the second half.
  • At the end of the second round, the scores that each team has earned while playing as the Red Team will be compared.
  • An example of a match will be:
    o Team A (red) vs Team B (blue)
    o First half ends – Team A won 4 rounds, Team B won 5 rounds.
    o Second half starts with Team A (blue), Team B (red)
    o Second half ends – Team A won 5 rounds, Team B won 3 rounds.
    o Taking to account their scores as scored while they were playing as the red team, the final scoring is Team A: 4 and Team B: 3. This means Team A has won.

Tie Breakers
  • In the event of a tie, where both teams have scored the same while playing as the Red Team, an extra match will be played to decide the winner.
  • Tie Breaker will be in Mission Mode
  • Tie Breaker map: Old Town Map
  • Best of 3 rounds(first to win 2 rounds wins)
  • Sides (red or blue team) will be chosen via coin toss
